Sitting high on a hillside overlooking the city of Lucca one finds Quaranta. In the past, this ancient stone building has served as a spiritual retreat for pilgrims and monks.
Some years ago the present owners undertook the extensive renovation of the building which still retains its rustic charm. Today Quaranta houses 7 holiday apartments which sleep from 2 to 6 people. The property is offered complete with all fixtures and fittings.

The property is accompanied by a terraced garden. Situated on one of the terraces above the property is the swimming pool measuring 12X8 meters and commanding marvelous views of Lucca and the valley that surrounds it.
